Surrey Metro Soccer Association (SMSA) is responsible for (a) fostering, developing and governing the game of soccer among boys in the City of Surrey, and (b) developing a sportsmanlike attitude at all times. The SMSA is recognized with this responsibility for Surrey District by the provincial body, the BC Soccer Association (BCSA).
