Provincial/District Cup Rules
1-All teams must report scores to Cup Schedulers by 6:00 day of game Sandra Duncan Cup (Provincial Cup) If not reported on time. A forfeit may be put forward. Jindy Sihota
2- Teams must compete as Scheduled; failure to participate in scheduled matches could result in forfeit and or suspensions/fines
3- There is a MERCY RULE. A team behind by 7 Goals may request the game to be called. Note: The Coach is the only one that can make this decision.
4- Final field’s allocations will be decided by the Schedulers. Weather and other circumstances such as Referee placement etc. may mean teams playing not at their home parks. This decision is the final say of the Schedulers
5- All protests must be given to the Schedulers within 48 hours of the start time of any game being protested. The decision of the Schedulers will be final.
6_ Priority for all Cup Games will be as follows:
Provincial CUP (Boys Sandra Duncan Cup)
District Cup
Conference Cup League Play Make up Exhibition
7- Game lengths are as follows
Division: Regulation Time: Overtime: Under-18 Division 2 halves of 45 minutes 2 halves of 15 minutes Under-17 Division 2 halves of 45 minutes 2 halves of 15 minutes Under-16 Division 2 halves of 40 minutes 2 halves of 10 minutes Under-15 Division 2 halves of 40 minutes 2 halves of 10 minutes Under-14 Division 2 halves of 35 minutes 2 halves of 10 minutes Under-13 Division 2 halves of 35 minutes 2 halves of 10 minutes Under-12 Division 2 halves of 30 minutes 2 halves of 10 minutes Under-11 Division 2 halves of 30 minutes 2 halves of 10 minutes
Overtime: In the event that the teams are still tied on goals at the end of regulation time, the teams will play two equal halves of overtime. There shall be no break or unlimited substitution at half time of overtime. At the end of regulation play, in the event of a tie, it shall be broken by application of the application CSA Rule.
Overtime will be the same as single knock out game lengths, if teams are tied at the end of the overtime. Penalty kicks will be taken as per FIFA rules.
